I believe that counseling and/or therapy is one of the best gifts you can give yourself. It is my joy and pleasure providing a safe place for expression and healthy communication, especially for adolescents, whom I've worked with more than any other demographic. Truthfully, counseling is what you make it. My hours are aligned to be beneficial for the everyday working class. Too often I've heard that counselors are only available during everyone else's work hours, and so I aim to provide alternative, evening, and periodic weekend hours to better assist you with access to high quality and affordable counseling services, typically between 4:00pm and 9:00pm CT.
